Our Story

The kids left. We didn't slow down.

For twenty years, the calendar belonged to carpools, permission slips, and someone else's schedule. Then one day the house got quiet — and we had a choice. Coast into the next chapter, or design it.

We chose to design it. Morning walks before anyone else is awake. A supplement stack that actually earns its place. Weekend trips that used to feel impossible. Meals we cook together. Weights, miles, miles on planes. We built BucketList Nutrition out of that choice — first for us, then for the people like us.

This isn't anti-aging.
It's pro-living.

Jill is a certified personal trainer who works with women (and a few men) who are done being told to "just walk more." She builds real programs for people in their 40s, 50s, and 60s — strength, mobility, recovery, and the mindset to stick with it.
